Michael has a very comprehensive knowledge of the local and extended markets, beginning back in February 1990 when he entered the Real Estate Industry in the Hills Districts selling residential property.
After eleven (11) successful years selling residential property Michael brought his experience and knowledge over to the Commercial & Industrial markets in early 2001.
Michael’s experience in the Commercial & Industrial industry ranges from property owned by individual investors, owner occupiers, multiple property owners, developers through to large institutional owners and public companies.
Michael has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1993 and Licenced Real Estate Auctioneer since 2018. Michael has been recognised with Sales Awards through the First National Real Estate Group in the past and was a state finalist for the N.S.W Novice Auctioneers Competition held by the Real Estate Institute of N.S.W in 1999.
In the thirty one (31) years that Michael has operated in the property industry he has sort to work with market leaders. He brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge and a skill set to deliver the best possible outcome to all his clients.
In February 2007 Michael established MAHER Commercial Industrial which saw the beginning of a long term goal - to build a strong, successful business and be a market leader. Michael has a reputation within the property industry as being one of the best negotiators that gets the best results for his clients.
